Oral and Poster Contributions

Deadline for the submission of Abstracts is May 30th, 2013. Please indicate if oral or poster contribution is preferred.

Participants willing to present an oral or a poster contribution during the Conference have to submit an abstract before May, 30th 2013. Abstracts must be submitted by e-mail. No hardcopy submissions will be taken into consideration.

Each participant can apply for just one oral contribution, but she/he is allowed to submit a poster presentation together with the oral one. Similarly, plenary and keynote speakers may propose also a poster contribution.

The abstracts will be evaluated by the Chairperson of the addressed Microsymposium. The acceptance of an abstract, as an oral or a poster, will be notified by the Organizing Committee by May, 30th 2013. The contributions will be automatically redirected to the poster session if the request for an oral presentation could not be fulfilled.

To prepare the abstract, participants are invited to download the template here, and to compile the document strictly adhering to the instructions reported inside. The file should be named surname_name_MS#_oral/poster.doc, in order to highlight the surname and name of the presenting author, the number of the Microsymposium selected for the contribution, the type of contribution.

The abstract has to be sent as an attachment to the e-mail address simona.galli@uninsubria.it. The subject of the e-mail must read "MISSCA2013 Abstract: Surname of the presenting author, MS#, oral/poster", e.g. “MISSCA2013, Galli, MS13, oral”. The submitting author must indicate within the e-mail its complete professional address.

Participants willing to present a poster are kindly invited to consider that the poster holder is 180 cm (high) × 95 cm (wide).
